What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a time to get to know your counselor, share your story, and discuss the concerns that brought you to counseling. We will discuss your goals, answer any questions, and outline a plan for moving forward together. This is also an opportunity to make sure you feel comfortable with your counselor and our approach.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. All of our sessions are held online, making it easy to meet from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own space and time. Whether you are at home, at work, in your car, or on the go, we meet you where you are.

How often will we meet?

We work with adults, individuals, and couples on a variety of issues, including sex therapy, infidelity recovery, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, pain, women’s issues, spirituality, and more.

What types of clients and concerns do you work with?

We work with adults, individuals, and couples from all walks of life, including leaders, first responders, ministry workers, corporate professionals, and those managing high-stress careers. Our clients often seek support for addiction recovery, stress management, work-life balance, and relationship growth.

Our specialties include sex therapy, infidelity recovery, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, chronic illness or pain, women’s issues, spirituality, and more. We also help clients navigate communication struggles, healing after loss, rebuilding trust, and recovering from difficult life events.

What is your approach to counseling?

Our approach is deeply relational and client-centered, using evidence-based modalities such as AEDP, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Somatic work, Psychodynamic approaches, and Christian counseling when requested.

How much do sessions cost?

Our standard session fee ranges from $125-175 for individuals and couples. We accept major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. In order to provide you the best possible care without restriction, insurance is not accepted. However, Superbilling is provided monthly.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly in order to protect your privacy and maintain flexibility in your care. However, we can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
